The two certification pathways answer different questions. IBT is where most people start; IBA is the analyst credential that lets you design and supervise programmes rather than deliver them.

Why the supervision row matters. Most providers sell the taught hours and stop there — the candidate then has to find a supervisor somewhere else, and the hours only count if that supervisor is certified. Here the coursework, the supervised hours, the mentorship and the CEUs come from one Approved Content Provider who is also a Certified Supervisor, Mentor and CEU Provider. One accountable person, one pathway.
Who trains here
Most training pages assume you are building a career. Plenty of the people who train here are not — they are parents who decided that understanding the method is better than waiting outside the room.
Most welcome
You do not need a psychology degree, and you are not too late. Parents who learn the principles stop guessing: they can see why a behaviour is happening, respond the same way every time, and carry a therapy goal into an ordinary Tuesday.
We think this is among the most valuable training we deliver. The founder’s own MS research was on exactly this — family involvement and whether skills survive outside the session — and the finding was blunt: the family decides.

A short, practical course for parents, grandparents, siblings and anyone else who is with the child every day. No jargon, no prerequisites, and nothing you need to have studied first.
It is not a certification, and it does not make you your child’s therapist. It is not a substitute for therapy, and we will say so if what your child needs is a therapist rather than a course. What it does is stop the week between sessions being wasted.

The principles, in plain language, for the people with the child every day. No prerequisites.

Who delivers it
Your training is delivered and signed off by Muhammad Farooq E Azam Awan, IBAO-certified International Behavior Analyst (certificate IBA_072025_002612). That matters here more than anywhere else on this site: content from an Approved Content Provider counts towards your certification, and hours signed by a Certified Supervisor are the hours the IBAO will accept.
Certified as an International Behavior Analyst at 24, and holding Approved Content Provider, Certified Supervisor, Certified Mentor and CEU Provider authorisations at the same time — a combination few practitioners hold at any age, and one that means you can train, be supervised, and be certified without leaving the country.
Two further claims worth publishing once they can be evidenced: being among the youngest IBAs certified, and the examination result. Both are strong, and both need something a sceptical reader can check — an IBAO statement, a cohort figure, or a score report. Unsourced superlatives are the first thing a competitor challenges.
