Two routes

Which one are you?

For families

Therapy or a school place

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, educational support, or a place at the inclusive school.

What you will need

  • Your name and a phone number we can reach you on
  • Your child’s first name and age
  • A sentence about what you are looking for, in your own words

Not needed: a diagnosis, a referral, or any medical records. Please do not send reports through this site — bring them to the appointment.

For professionals

IBA & IBT training

The 270-hour IBA and 40-hour IBT pathways, delivered by an IBAO Approved Content Provider, with supervision, mentorship and continuing education units.

What you will need

  • Your name, phone number and email
  • Which pathway you are asking about
  • Your current role and any relevant experience

Worth knowing: hours signed here are hours the IBAO accepts. Ask about the next intake before you commit to anything.

Send us the short version

Four fields. Use this if you would rather talk than fill in a longer form — we will call you back and ask the rest.

About you

We will call or WhatsApp you back on this number.

A sentence is plenty. Please do not include diagnoses or medical details.

For the team

Therapists and staff sign in separately

If you work here, your sign-in is not this one. The staff area is where session reports are written and plans are uploaded, and it is kept on its own route so a family and a clinician never share a door.

A therapist sees only the families assigned to them — not the whole caseload. That is enforced by the database, not by the page, so a mistake in the website cannot widen it.

A note on accounts

There is no login, and that is deliberate

A portal usually means an account, a password, and a dashboard holding your child’s records. We have not built that, because holding clinical records online creates a duty we are not yet ready to discharge properly — a retention period, a deletion route, and a breach procedure, all in writing.

So this site collects a name, a way to reach you, and whatever you choose to tell us in your own words. It does not ask for a diagnosis or medical history, and it never will through a web form. Progress, plans and reports are discussed with you directly.

If accounts would genuinely help — session notes, progress you can read between visits, scheduling — say so, and we will build it properly rather than quickly.
