Do we need a diagnosis or a referral before we contact you?
No. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or a report from anyone else. If you have those, bring them. If you do not, that is not a problem to solve before you call — it is often part of what we help with.
What happens at the first conversation?
We listen. You describe what you are seeing at home and what you would like to be different, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right service. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better. The first conversation costs nothing.
What does the assessment involve?
A structured session with the relevant therapists, usually through play, so it rarely feels like a test to the child. You are welcome to stay in the room — many children settle faster that way. Afterwards you get written goals in plain language. assessment duration and fee
How much does therapy cost?
Fees are not published here yet, and we would rather tell you a real number on a call than a vague range on a page. What we can say now is that a number of places are funded rather than charged for — therapy or schooling, whichever a child needs, awarded on need. If cost is the obstacle, say so at the first conversation rather than at the end. fee schedule
What does a funded place actually cover?
A funded place is therapy or a school place, whichever that child needs, and it is awarded on need rather than first come first served. It is not a blanket free school. what a funded place covers, and how places are allocated
Which therapies do you offer?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy, planned together rather than in parallel. Alongside those: educational support, individualised education plans (IEPs), and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). See how therapy works.
Do you only work with autistic children?
No. The centre began with children with developmental needs, but the founder is a clinical psychologist and the work spans mental health more broadly — children and adults, behavioural and educational support, and older people whose services stopped long ago. If you are unsure whether we can help, ask.
Can you work with us online?
Yes. Therapy, behavioural and educational support, IEPs and BMPs, IBA and IBT training, supervision and professional development are all delivered online. In-person services are in Pakistan only.
I am a professional. How do the IBA and IBT pathways work?
Training is delivered by an IBAO Approved Content Provider, with supervision from a certified supervisor and mentorship for IBA candidates, plus continuing education units. Hours signed here are the hours the IBAO will accept. See the training pathways.
How quickly will you reply?
WhatsApp is usually quickest. A form submission goes to a real person rather than an inbox nobody checks. response-time commitment
Should I send my child’s medical records through the website?
Please do not. This site deliberately does not collect diagnoses or medical history — there is one optional free-text field for you to describe, in your own words, what support you are looking for. Bring any reports to the appointment instead.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The building, the classroom and the people are the strongest argument we have. Arrange a visit.
