Find the training that fits you

Every programme here is one we are authorised and equipped to deliver, in person in Islamabad or online.

For parents and caregivers

Parent & caregiver training

The principles, in plain language, for the people with the child every day. No prerequisites.

What parent training covers

For shadow teachers and aides

Shadow teacher & classroom aide training

For the person sitting beside a child in class: what to prompt, when to fade, and how not to become the reason a child cannot work alone.

For teachers and school leaders

School staff & inclusion

For teachers and school leaders: what an IEP is for, reasonable adjustments, and running a classroom where inclusion is real rather than nominal.

Early years

Early intervention skills

Working with the youngest children, where play is the method and the family is most of the plan.

Adolescents and adults

Life skills & independence

Daily routines, community access and employment readiness, including for adolescents and adults, whose services usually stop at eighteen.

Training for parents and caregivers

Learn the method, not just the instructions

A short, practical course for parents, grandparents, siblings and anyone else who is with the child every day. No jargon, no prerequisites, and nothing you need to have studied first.

What it covers

  • Why behaviour happens. How to work out what a behaviour is achieving, rather than treating it as something to stop.
  • Teaching a replacement. Giving a child a better way to get the same result, which is the only thing that makes a behaviour go away and stay away.
  • Communication first. Building requests, choices and refusal, including where speech is not the route.
  • Routines and transitions. The parts of a day that go wrong most often, and how to change the setup rather than the child.
  • Being consistent when you are exhausted. Strategies that survive a bad week, because the ones that need perfect conditions do not survive real life.
  • Knowing whether it is working. Simple recording you can actually keep up, so you are not relying on memory or mood.

What it is not

It is not a certification, and it does not make you your child’s therapist. It is not a substitute for therapy, and we will say so if what your child needs is a therapist rather than a course. What it does is stop the week between sessions being wasted.

Next step

Ask what is running now

Cohorts run continuously rather than in fixed intakes, and we admit new candidates as places open. The useful next step is to ask what is running now and when you could start.
